    Honey Butter


    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup honey
    1 t. grated orange or lemon zest (optional)

    Recipe




    Cream together the butter, honey and orange or lemon zest (if used) until fluffy.

    Cover and store in refrigerator.

    Will keep for at least 1 month.
