    Tarragon Butter


    3/4 stick (6 T) 3 oz (85 g) butter
    1 t dried or 1 T chopped fresh Tarragon
    1 T chopped spring onion
    1/2 t lemon juice
    1/2 t coarse sea salt
    freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe




    To prepare savory butter, cream the butter, add everything
    else and mix thoroughly.

    Put butter on a sheet of foil, cling film or waxed paper and shape into a sausage.

    Wrap and roll it lightly, then refrigerate until firm.
