Baked Stew
2 lbs. stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup chopped onions
2 cup potatoes, cut up
2 cups carrots, sliced
2 cups chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 T. tapioca
1 tsp. sugar
3 cups V-8 juiceRecipe
Arrange ingredients in preceding order in baking dish.
Do not stir.
Cover, bake for 5 hours at 250.
