Beef and Salsa Topped Corn Chips
3 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
3 cup Ortega® Salsa Prima Homestyle Mild
3 (4-oz.) can Ortega® Diced Green Chiles
1 cup sliced green onions
12 cups corn chips
3 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
Recipe
Combine beef, salsa, chiles and green onions in medium skillet; cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until hot.
Place corn chips on dinner plates; top with meat mixture and cheese.
