Asparagus In Lemon Butter
1 Pound Asparagus (remove tough stems)
2 Tablespoons Fat Free Margarine ( melted)
1/2 Teaspoons Fresh Grated Lemon Peel
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
Recipe
Cut asparagus in pieces about 1 1/2-inches long. Simmer asparagus in water, enough to cover , for about 6 minutes or until crisp tender.
Drain. In saucepan combine all ingredients.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Stir and serve warm.
