Barbecued Portabella
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 ½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp celery seed
1 tsp Creole seasoning
2 large portabella caps
1 tbsp butter, meltedRecipe
Preheat broiler or grill. To prepare rub; in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, pepper, salt, garlic powder, celery seed and Creole seasoning.
Brush mushrooms with melted butter.
Rub the mix on both sides of each mushroom.
Grill, turning once for about 10 minutes.
To serve; Slice on a an angle and serve with a dipping sauce.
