    Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes


    1 - 10 fl oz (284 ml) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 cup (310 ml) milk, fill soup can
    1/2 cup (125 ml) onions, sliced
    3 cups (750 ml) potatoes, sliced
    1/2 cup (125 ml) cheddar cheese, grated
    black pepper
    paprika

    Recipe




    In a large bowl, stir together the soup, milk, onions & potatoes.

    Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle with the grated cheddar cheese.

    Season to taste with pepper & paprika.

    Bake in a preheated 325ºF (160ºC) oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

    Serves 4
