    Quick Candied Sweet Potatoes


    1 (40 oz.) can sweet potatoes or yams
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar

    Recipe




    Place potatoes in shallow baking dish. Put dry sugar over potatoes.

    Pour melted butter over all.

    Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
