    1/2 cup boiling water
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup flour
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Pour boiling water over butter in a sauce pan;bring to a boil and stir until butter melts. Now add flour all at once and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves the side of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat,immediately add unbeaten eggs one at a time,beating until a smooth paste forms. Then beat mixture until smooth and velvety. Drop by tsp. onto a " Greased " baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. then reduce heat to 33 degrees and bake for 30-40 min. When cold remove tops and scrap out insides then fill with cream. Makes about 6 big puffs
