makes about 3 burgers
List of Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Buffalo
1 Tbsp. Italian Bread Crumbs or crushed Saltine Crackers
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Mix the above ingredients well.
Shape into patties.
Place on a hot grill, close the lid and turn down to medium.
Cook approximately 5 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
