List of Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup green peppers
1 cup onion
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 ounces non-fat parmesan cheese
1 cup canned mushrooms
4 1/2 oz. egg noodles, uncooked


Recipe

Brown ground beef, green pepper, and onion.

Add tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano, onion salt and pepper and simmer for 15 min.

Cook noodles.

Pour sauce over noodles and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Top with mushrooms.

Cover with foil.

Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
