12 Dove Breast
Garlic powder
Paprika
White pepper
Vegetable oil
Recipe
Soak dove breasts in lightly-salted water for 1 hour. Remove and dry breasts.
In a bag add garlic powder, paprika and white pepper.
Add breasts and shake until covered.
Fry dove in covered skillet coated with oil over medium heat for 20 minutes; uncover and fry 10 more minutes.
Make sure the dove are cooked through, but not overcooked.
