    Master Chef Don Easley
    Fillet duck breasts from breastbone.
    Cut cross-grain into 1/2 in thick steaks.
    Tendersize duck steaks with meat hammer. marinate 2 hours in Italian Salad Dressing.
    Wrap in bacon; skewer with heavy toothpicks.
    Broil or grill until bacon is cooked.
