    Recipe Introduction

    Yield: 3 quarts Notes: Potentially hazardous food. Food Safety Standards: Hold food for service at an internal temperature below 41°F. Do not mix old product with new.

    List of Ingredients

    1 quart low-fat mayonnaise
    1 quart plain yogurt
    2 cups honey
    2 cups fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon celery seed

    Recipe

    Measure all ingredients into mixer bowl. Blend together, using wire whip. Cover and refrigerate.
    Store (below 41°F).
