    Appetizer Zucchini squares

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups shredded zucchini
    1 cup Bisquick
    4 eggs - well beaten
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 onion - finely chopped
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and spread into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into small squares. Makes 30 appetizers.
