    2 plain soft-crusted bagels, sliced horizontally into quarters

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon dried basil

    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

    1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place bagel slices on a baking sheet.

    2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil and pepper. Mix well. Brush tops of bagels with garlic mixture. Sprinkle evenly with basil and oregano.

    3. Bake bagels until crisp and golden, about 20 minutes. Place on individual serving plates. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve immediately.
