    Fast-Fix Deviled Eggs

    List of Ingredients

    5 large eggs
    1 can (7-1/2 oz) no-salt-added salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    2 tbsp nonfat mayonnaise
    1-1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp hot red pepper sauce


    Recipe

    Place eggs in the bottom of a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand for 15minutes. Cool slightly. Peel eggs; cut in half lengthwise. Reserve 2 egg yolks and discard remaining yolks.
    In a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine reserved yolks, salmon, green onions, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Process until just blended.
    Spoon mixture evenly into each egg half. Place on a serving platter.
