    4 English muffins, split and lightly toasted

    1 clove garlic, halved

    1/2 teaspoon dried basil

    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

    3 ounces nonfat mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

    1/2 cup nonfat ricotta cheese

    2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

    2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    1. Preheat broiler. Place English muffins, cut-sides up, on a baking sheet. Rub cut-sides of garlic over English muffin tops. Sprinkle evenly with basil and oregano. Top with mozzarella slices.

    2. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta and parmesan. Mix well. Spread cheese mixture evenly over mozzarella. Place tomato slices over cheese mixture.

    3. Broil pizzas 4 inches from heat until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Place on individual serving plates and serve immediately.
