    2 tablespoons grainy-style Dijon mustard

    1/4 pound Roquefort cheese, crumbled

    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

    2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    24 whole mushroom caps (or 24 cherry tomatoes)

    Fresh parsley

    Chopped pine nuts

    Recipe



    1. Gently combine mustard, Roquefort, parsley and mayonnaise.

    2. Fill mushroom caps or tomatoes. Garnish with parsley and pine nuts.

    Makes 24
