Bread, Applesauce Pecan

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl
- Stir in the pecans and raisins. Make a well in the center.
- Combine egg, applesauce and oil. Add to the well in the dry ingredients.
- Stir just until moistened.
- Spoon into a greased and floured 8-1/2 X 4-1/2 X 3 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
