    Bread, Apricot Nut

    List of Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1 cup sour milk (1 tablespoon vinegar in 1 cup skim milk)
    1 cup oil
    1 (6 ounce) jar junior apricots (Gerber)
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon each: cloves (or allspice), ginger & nutmeg
    1 cup chopped walnuts


    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients except nuts together in large bowl.

    Add chopped walnuts.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

    Makes 2 loaves.
