    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil

    3/4 cup sugar

    3/4 cup brown sugar

    4 eggs

    1-1/2 cups pumpkin

    1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas

    1-1/2 cups yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)

    4 cups flour

    2 teaspoons EACH baking powder and baking soda

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    2 teaspoons EACH cinnamon and ginger

    1-1/2 teaspoons nutmeg

    1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two loaf pans.

    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oil, sugars, eggs, banana, pumpkin and yogurt. Beat until smooth.

    3. Sift the dry ingredients together. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well blended.

    4. Pour batter into the prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and a tester comes out clean.

    Makes 2 loaves (8 x 3-3/4 inch)
