    2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder

    3/4 teaspoon salt

    1-1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar

    2 large eggs, beaten

    2-1/2 cups milk

    3/4 cup vegetable oil

    Recipe



    1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

    2. Combine eggs, milk and oil; add to flour mixture, stirring with a wire whisk just until dry ingredients are moistened.

    3. Cook in a preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden.

    Yields 22 (4-inch) waffles. Nutritional information is for 1 waffle.
