Cut cake into 3 even horizontal slices. Place bottom layer on a serving dish; frost with sour cream. Place a layer of strawberries over sour cream. 2. Repeat layers. Frost entire cake with sour cream. Garnish with strawberries and chill. 3. Immediately before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar. Serves 10 to 12
