    3 eggs, well beaten

    1-3/4 cups sugar

    1 cup vegetable oil

    2 cups flour; sifted

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    4 medium apples, peeled and grated

    1 cup walnuts, chopped

    Powdered sugar for garnish

    Recipe



    1. Mix first 8 ingredients together. Fold in grated apples and walnuts.

    2. Bake in a greased tube or Bundt pan at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    Serves 8
