    Baby Food Cake

    List of Ingredients

    CAKE
    2 cups sugar
    1 jar baby plums
    1 jar baby apricots
    1 jar baby peaches
    2 cups flour
    1 cup oil
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)

    FROSTING:
    3/4 stick butter
    1/4 cup milk
    2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    Powdered sugar


    Recipe

    1. Combine all cake ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.

    2. Make frosting: Heat butter, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add enough powdered sugar until thick enough to frost the cake.
