    Wine Cake

    List of Ingredients

     1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines suggested)
     1 large package vanilla instant pudding
     4 eggs
     3/4 cup oil
     3/4 cup sherry
     1 teaspoon nutmeg

    Glaze:
     powdered sugar
     lemon juice


    Recipe

    Combine all the cake ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased bundt pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool slightly; turn out onto a plate.

    To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together to a desired consistency.

    When the cake is cooled completely, drizzle with the glaze.
