Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave. 2. Mix all ingredients together but do not beat. 3. Fill paper or foil cups 1/2 to 3/4 full (foil cups work best). 4. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Makes 20 to 22 cupcakes topped with a rich, chewy glaze.
