    2 cups granulated sugar

    3 eggs

    1 cup buttermilk

    3 cups flour

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1 cup oil

    1 cup blackberry jam

    1 cup strawberry jam

    1 cup raisins

    1 cup pecans, chopped

    1 1/2 teaspoons cloves, ground

    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg


    Recipe



    1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients and blend well.

    2. Add to a deep (lightly buttered and floured) square baking pan. Bake until firm in the middle (about 1 hour). Cool before cutting.
