    Lemon-Orange-Coconut Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup butter or margarine

    1 (10-ounce) jar orange marmalade

    1/2 cup coconut, flaked

    1 (18.5-ounce) package lemon cake mix with pudding

    Recipe



    1. Melt butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in marmalade and coconut. Pour evenly into bottom of a heavily greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Set aside.

    2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Transfer batter into Bundt pan over marmalade mixture.

    3. Bake at 350° F. for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    4. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes. Invert cake onto a serving platter. Remove pan and cool completely. Slice and serve.
