    3 eggs, separated
    1 14-ounce can condensed milk
    1/2 cup key-lime juice
    1 9-inch graham cracker piecrust
    1 tablespoon sugar


    Recipe



    1. In a medium bowl, mix together egg yolks, condensed milk and key-lime juice. Pour mixture into piecrust.

    2. In small bowl, beat egg whites on a very high speed. Then slowly add sugar. Beat meringue until stiff but not dry.

    3. Spread meringue on top of the pie filling and put in the oven at 400 degrees. Cook until meringue is slightly brown.

    Serves 6 to 8
