    1 (11-ounce) package pie crust mix

    1 (9-ounce) package seedless raisins

    1 cup sour cream

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    2 eggs

    1/4 cup soft dark brown sugar

    1 (3-ounce) can pecan nut pieces

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    2. To make the filling, put the raisins into a large bowl and stir in the sour cream and spices. Mix well, then set aside.

    3. Make the pie crusts according to package directions. Roll one out to line a 9-inch fluted pie plate.

    4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl, then stir into the sour cream and fruit mixture. Stir in the sugar and nuts and mix well.

    5. Pour the filling into the pie crust and smooth the top with a knife. Roll out remaining crust and make a lid. Prick the top with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.
