    1 (0.3-ounce) box sugar-free lime flavor gelatin

    1/4 cup boiling water

    2 (8 ounces each) containers key lime pie-flavor light yogurt

    1 (8-ounce) container frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed

    1 prepared 9-inch reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust

    Recipe



    1. In a large heat-resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt.

    2. Fold in whipped topping with a wooden spoon. Transfer mixture to prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
