    List of Ingredients




    1 #303 can creamed corn

    1 #303 can whole kernel corn

    1 large onion, chopped

    1 medium bell pepper, chopped

    2 ounces pimiento, chopped

    2/3 cups milk

    1 egg, well beaten

    1 cup cracker crumbs

    1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

    2 tablespoons sugar

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Cayenne pepper to taste

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    2. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.

    Serves 8.
