1 (8-ounce) package Brown ‘n Serve sausages, thawed and sliced
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese or Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch dish. Press over the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides to form the crust. Seal perforations.
3. Place sliced sausages over the crust and sprinkle with the cheese.
4. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until deep golden brown.
