    Sausage-Vegetable Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
    1/2 pound can of chopped tomatoes in sauce
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 cup pared, thinly sliced carrots
    1 cup thinly sliced celery
    1/2 large green pepper, cut in large dice
    1 potato, pared, sliced, quartered
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
    2 Natural Casing Knockwurst, sliced

    Recipe



    1. Heat broth, tomatoes in sauce, and hot sauce.

    2. Simmer 15 minutes.

    3. Add vegetables and Knockwurst; simmer an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
