1/8 teaspoon EACH baking powder, cinnamon and salt
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler. Place over simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted. Set aside to cool to lukewarm.
3. Using an electric mixer, beat egg in a mixing bowl until foamy. Slowly add sugar and vanilla and beat 5 minutes or until thickened. Beat in cooled chocolate.
4. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
5. Drop cookie dough by tablespoonfuls onto a buttered baking sheet.
6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
