1. Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar, in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 2 minutes.
2. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350° F. for 10 minutes. (Cookies should be white when done.) Remove cookies from cookie sheets, and cool on wire racks.
3. Dust with powdered sugar. Store in airtight containers. Yield: About 4 dozen
