    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 pounds beef, cut into 2-inch cubes

    2 tablespoons flour

    1/2 teaspoon celery salt

    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

    1/2 teaspoon ginger

    1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

    1 (16 ounce)can tomatoes, undrained

    2 cups carrots, thinly sliced

    1/4 cup dark molasses

    1/4 cup sherry (or beef broth)

    1/4 cup raisins

    1 package noodles

    Recipe



    1. Place beef in crockpot. Combine flour and seasonings. Sprinkle over the beef.

    2. Combine tomatoes, carrots, molasses and wine. Pour over beef.

    3. Cover and simmer at LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours.

    4. Add raisins in the last 30 minutes, keep warm.

    5. During last 10 minutes, cook noodles according to package directions. Serve stew over noodles.

    Serves 6
