Place beef in crockpot. Combine flour and seasonings. Sprinkle over the beef. 2. Combine tomatoes, carrots, molasses and wine. Pour over beef. 3. Cover and simmer at LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours. 4. Add raisins in the last 30 minutes, keep warm. 5. During last 10 minutes, cook noodles according to package directions. Serve stew over noodles. Serves 6
