1 can cream of chicken soup (low fat or Healthy Request)
Recipe
1. Wash chicken breasts and pat dry; place in crock pot.
2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and saute the chopped onion, celery, and apple. Add pecans, water, applesauce, cream of chicken soup, and stuffing mix. Mix together.
3. Spoon the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
