Dredge meat in flour and put on the bottom of the crock-pot. 2. Add all other ingredients, pouring tomato paste over the top. 3. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours and serve over pasta or rice, or with French Bread. (Note: There is no need to stir the mixture while it is cooking.)
