Place onions and cabbage in crockpot. Trim fat from brisket; place meat atop vegetables. 2. Stir together cider, brown sugar, orange peel, mustard and cloves; Spoon over meat. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours. 3. Garnish platter with apple rings and pass prepared mustard, if desired. Serves 6 to 8
