    List of Ingredients




    1 (28-ounce) frozen rolled turkey roast, thawed

    3/4 cup dry white wine

    1/2 cup finely chopped onion

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 bay leaf

    1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    1/3 cup light cream or milk

    Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

    2 tablespoons cornstarch

    Recipe



    1. Place thawed turkey roast in crockpot.

    2. Combine next 6 ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 9 hours.

    3. Remove roast; keep warm. Discard bay leaf. Skim excess fat from cooking liquid; measure 1-1/3 cups cooking liquid into a saucepan. Blend cream slowly into cornstarch; stir into liquid. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Season to taste.

    4. Slice roast. Spoon some sauce over; pass remaining. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

    Serves 4 to 6
