    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef

    1 cup chopped onion

    2 (10-ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables

    1 (16-ounce) can tomatoes, cut up

    1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

    1/2 cup water

    1 tablespoon chili powder

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon sugar

    Recipe



    1. In skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain off excess fat. Transfer to a crockpot.

    2. Place frozen vegetables in a strainer; rinse with hot water to separate. Stir vegetables, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt and sugar into beef mixture. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours.

    Serves 4
