    Caramel Peach Crunch

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    3/4 cups dark brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter
    1 can (1 pound 13 ounces) cling peaches
    Vanilla ice cream

    Recipe



    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

    2. Combine flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt; add melted butter. Mix well.

    3. In a 9-inch pie plate or 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan, arrange the peaches. Sprinkle the oats mixture over all.

    4. Bake for 25 or 30 minutes or until browned on top.

    5. Serve warm, topped with ice cream.

    This recipe was given to me by my brother about 30 years ago. It’s great. I make it often.
