1 tub (8-ounce) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
1. Lightly butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Arrange 15 graham crackers in prepared pan.
2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup chocolate chips and cocoa in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla.
3. Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Add chocolate mixture, beating until well blended. Refrigerate until cool. Fold in whipped topping. Spread half of chocolate mixture over crackers; top with remaining crackers. Spread remaining chocolate over top.
4. Cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours. Cut into squares. Garnish with remaining 1/3 chips. Cover; refrigerate leftover dessert.
