1. Tear 4 strips of heavy duty aluminum foil large enough to hold salmon and toppings. Place one salmon steak in center of foil.
2. Place a slice of onion, a slice of lemon and 1 tablespoon of butter on top of salmon. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and 1/4 package of dry Alfredo sauce mix.
3. Seal edges of the foil and pierce the top 2 or 3 times with a fork to allow steam to escape. Repeat with remaining salmon steaks.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 or 30 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
