1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Toast sesame seeds until golden brown.
3. Heat oils in heavy pan over high heat. Add shrimp, green onion, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir-fry for 1 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce and stir.
4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
