    Shrimp Thermidor

    List of Ingredients




     3/4 pound cooked shrimp
     1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
     1/4 cup butter, melted
     1/4 cup flour
     1 teaspoon salt
     1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
     Dash of cayenne pepper
     2 cups milk
     Grated parmesan cheese
     Paprika

    Recipe



    1. Cut large shrimp in half.
    2. Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes; blend in flour and seasonings.
    3. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in shrimp.
    4. Place in 6 individual well-greased shells or a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese browns.
