    Tuna-Shrimp Delight

    List of Ingredients




    1 (10-1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

    8 ounces frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined

    1 (8-ounce) can pitted black olives, drained and sliced in half

    1 (9-1/4 ounce) can chunk tuna, drained

    1/4 cup dry sherry (or cooking sherry)

    2 slices white bread, conventionally toasted

    1 (10-1/4 ounce) box frozen asparagus spears, thawed

    Recipe



    1. Place first 4 ingredients in a shallow 1-1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.

    2. Pour sherry over ingredients and mix gently.

    3. Arrange asparagus spears over mixture and heat in microwave oven 8 minutes or until mixture bubbles.

    4. Cut toasted bread into 9 squares per slice. Arrange toast squares on top of tuna mixture during last 30 seconds of cooking time.

    Serves 6
